Holly McFarlane
Creative Producer
Holly has an MA in English Literature from the University of Cambridge, and worked as an HR Advisor before deciding to pursue a less stable career in the theatre! She retrained as an actor at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, and co-founded Red Squash Theatre with Rory in 2015.

Rory Fairbairn

Rory trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and the University of Newcastle, where he directed Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead at Northern Stage. For Red Squash Theatre, he has directed Stuffed, Macbeeth and Chew.
Rory is currently playing The Mind Mangler in the UK tour of Mischief Theatre’s Magic Goes Wrong. As an actor, he has worked with The Natural History Museum, Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds, Broadway Studio Theatre and Bard in the Botanics. He played Raleigh in Immersion Theatre’s national tour of Journey’s End, and reprised this role in Mesh Theatre’s ★★★★★ site-responsive production in Ypres.
